As a leader in Frederick County and in the mental health field for more than 60 years, the Mental Health Association of Frederick County (MHA) provides high-quality mental health training and education for community businesses, groups, and organizations. Our Speakers Bureau offers engaging presentations and workshops on a wide range of topics that support ongoing wellness and resilience.
