Please fill in all the required fields below, click submit, and the Mental Health Association of Frederick County's Marketing and Outreach Coordinator will contact you within three business days.
The deadline to be included in the Guide to Mental Health and Community Support Services is October 31st. The Guide will be published and ready for distribution by April of the following year. One complimentary copy per person can be picked up at the Mental Health Association of Frederick County office at 263 West Patrick Street in Frederick from 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Additional copies are available at $7 per book with $3 shipping. Orders for 16 or more are at a reduced rate. Contact Cheryl Evans at 301-663-0011 ext. 137 for more information.
