The Serenity Society

We make a living by what we get, we make a life by what we give. ~ Winston Churchill

If you have remembered the Mental Health Association of Frederick County in your estate plans, we would be delighted to hear from you so we can personally thank you for your foresight, and invite you to join The Serenity Society.

The Serenity Society
is made up of a select group of individuals whose friendship and support of MHA continues even after their lifetime.  These very special estate gifts help make our programs and services available to future generations of our community;  enabling us to continue educating, empowering and advocating on behalf of children, adults and families.

Ways you can give to MHA through your will or trust:

  • Designate a specific dollar amount to MHA.
  • Designate a percentage of your estate to MHA.
  • Designate the remainder, or residue of your estate to MHA, after bequests to loved ones have been made.
Members of the Society receive a commemorative pin and certificate, and will be listed in our Annual Report.  If you prefer to remain Anonymous, please let us know.

Any financial information received by MHA is held in strict confidence.

For further information, or to receive your invitation, please MHA at 301-663-0011 or email at mha@fcmha.org.
