Frederick County Location Hours
Our regular hours are Monday through Thursday, 8:30am to 4:30pm, with extended hours Wednesdays until 8:00 pm. For inquiries, please call 301-662-4549.Carroll County Location Hours
The resource room is open Monday-Wednesday, 8:30am to 3:30pm, with extended hours on Mondays from 6:00pm to 9:00pm. This office has a very small staff. Please call 410-751-2917 to confirm that the office is open before visiting.CCC Library
