Partnership for Emotionally Resilient Kids (PERKS) helps children, ages birth through five years old, by promoting positive social emotional development and providing assistance for children with challenging behaviors.

Healthy Families Frederick  supports first-time parents through the provision of quality, strength-based, family-centered services and support, and access to community resources.

LOCATE: Child Care Service allows a trained LOCATE counselor to help with the challenging process of selecting the best child care option for each family’s needs.  This is a consolidated state-wide service and is not directly provided by the Mental Health Association.
