LOCATE Complaint Policy

A parent who is dissatisfied with a caregiver or program is encouraged to call the local MD State Department of Education, Office of Child Care at (301)696-9766 in Frederick County or (410) 751-5438 in Carroll County as they are the regulatory agency who will investigate your complaint.  You may also contact LOCATE at (301) 695-4508 or (877)-230-7422 to register a complaint.  For more information, please read our Complaint Policy.
